Process

A disciplined, documented methodology applied to every project.

01

Qualification

Every engagement begins with a rigorous qualification. We evaluate the brief, the internal stakeholders, the material available and the strategic objectives at stake. Only mandates that meet our criteria proceed. This selectivity is the foundation of everything we do — it protects our clients and ensures the quality of our work.

Qualification is not a formality. It is the single most important step in any process. Poor qualification leads to wasted time, misaligned expectations and a platform nobody can use.

02

Research

Once a mandate is qualified, we conduct thorough research. This encompasses the current brand platform, recent campaigns and expressions, competitors, category conversations, and the cultural tensions relevant to the brand. Research is the foundation of strategy.

We do not rely on intuition. We rely on evidence, market reading and rigorous comparative analysis.

03

Platform

We define or refine the strategic foundation — the territory, the idea the brand can credibly own, the positioning and the narrative pillars. This is delivered as a document your agencies can brief from directly.

Most projects fail without a clear platform. We resolve the strategic ambiguity before a single campaign is briefed.

04

Strategy

With research and platform complete, we develop a clear strategic recommendation. This defines the path to execution, the messages, the partners or agencies to brief, and the criteria for what the brand should and should not do.

Strategy is only valuable if it is executable. We design strategies that are grounded in market reality.

05

Execution

We stay engaged through execution — briefing agencies, reviewing creative against the platform, and advising on campaigns, collaborations and launches as they take shape. Ideas matter. Outcomes matter more.

Execution is where most advisors disengage. We remain engaged until the idea is actually in market.
