Engagement format

4–6 weeks · Analysis of brand-sensitive use cases, definition of governance principles and development of the strategic roadmap, structured around weekly 90-minute working sessions and targeted discussions with relevant experts.

Working sessions are decision points within an ongoing strategic engagement. Analysis, synthesis and development continue between meetings.

Client involvement: One 90-minute leadership working session per week, access to existing brand and marketing materials, visibility on current AI initiatives and selected stakeholder interviews.
